7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as outlined in the service contract.
7.2 Fees for services rendered up to the date of termination remain payable, and any outstanding fees will be invoiced as per the payment terms in the agreement.
7.3 Upon termination, Busy Bee Solutions will deliver any completed work up to the termination date, provided all outstanding payments are settled.
7.4 The client is responsible for securing any additional assistance needed to complete the project following termination.
8. Governing Law
